Tiramisu and excellences of the Treviso area

Tiramisu was born in Treviso and the whole area celebrates it in excellent restaurants. In every country in the world it is possible to taste it in many, many variations, but to taste the original one you have to come to Treviso and discover the whole story.

The package includes:

• Day 1 – Free arrival in Treviso and guided tour of the historic center on the theme of “Cities of art and water”. At the end, lunch at the restaurant ‘Le Beccherie’ where Tiramisu has its origins. In the afternoon transfer to Possagno , birthplace of the famous sculptor Canova for a visit to the Gipsoteca Canoviana, a unique and breathtaking place, and to taste the typical meringues. Free dinner and overnight stay.
• Day 2 – After breakfast, transfer to Asolo and guided tour of one of the most beautiful villages in Italy. At the end, snack at the Caffè Centrale of Asolo, a renowned meeting place for writers and artists of the past. Free lunch. In the afternoon, visit to one of the cellars of Prosecco Asolo DOCG. Return to Asolo and free evening.
• Day 3 – In the morning departure by bicycle or e-bike along the ‘Terre del Palladio’ cycle path which will take us to discover the landscape of the Prosecco DOCG hills of Asolo and the Asolo mountains. Free lunch Visit to the splendid Villa Barbaro in Maser, a UNESCO site , and return to Asolo via the ‘Sentiero degli Ezzelini’. Dinner in a typical restaurant in Asolo.
• Day 4 – After breakfast, transfer to the M.A.B. Biosphere Reserve area. Montegrappa, declared a UNESCO heritage site in 2021 and visit to a traditional mountain hut to watch the preparation of the many dairy products. Typical lunch with typical products of the area. Afternoon dedicated to discovering the routes of the Great War. Return in the evening and free dinner.
• Day 5 – In the morning transfer to Valdobbiadene to visit the wonderful hills of Prosecco di Conegliano and Valdobbiadene DOCG. Lunch in a cellar with wine tasting and the typical spit. At the end of lunch return to Treviso.
